I have posted an article below similar to the article that Professor Hollis posted. In short, the article states that Dodd-Frank and other regulations will make big banks bigger, while crippling the community banking culture that brought wide prosperity to the American middle class — community banks that, unlike the big banks, had nothing to do with the financial crisis that Dodd-Frank was purported to rectify. Additionally, I posted a Congressman’s press release taking notice that Dodd-Frank places more regulatory burdens on community banks than “big” banks.
