Interesting article, Carly. I think the article makes a good point that in making a profit social concerns do not have to be disregarded; rather, the two can and should be integrated. Also, Brahm has a good argument that there should be a different barometer for measuring economic growth instead of GDP. With a changing economy, the system for measuring the growth of such economy should change as well.
Interesting perspective on growth, recommending different countries and cultures grow differently. I agree that corporations cannot be solely profit oriented anymore. There must be some element of corporate social responsibility.
