Here is an interesting article about the future of Machine Learning. For those who do not know, machine learning gives “computers the ability to learn without being explicitly programmed.” (Wikipedia, quoting Arthur Samuel). Machine learning allows businesses to “address every one of its hundreds or thousands of customers is with a machine that can process information in a way that no human is capable of doing.” (SeeĀ Article). I find it fascinating to see how companies can take this seemingly futuristic technology and put it to work for their customers. For example, the article mentions numerous companies that are using it for chatting with customers, etc. (SeeĀ id.). I would also note that some legal services companies have begun using machine learning, such as Kira. Overall, an interesting read about the future.
