This article evaluates one of the world’s most prominent design consultancies, IDEO. IDEO’s “design thinking” has three elements: diverse hiring, analyzing problems from the consumer’s point of view, and making everything tangible. As the world progresses and becomes more diverse, “design thinking” is a method that can be used to adapt and excel.

I liked what they said about “making everything tangible”.
That was something that stood out in the reading for class also, how much attention they paid to their actual customer behavior as opposed to customer surveys. I especially like the idea of not trying to change human behavior to clutter the workspace, but to just innovate a slightly more organized way to do so.
