Here is the weird company that I brought up in class. I am fairly sure that the tech does not work, but the founders had great conviction. No one was allowed to try the product at the event (weird!).

I don’t know whether it could work, although I have my doubts. I do find it funny, though, that they have a very clean and professional looking website! But of course they would, if looks and hype are all they have to advertise…
I too have my doubts about this tech approach but I like the smooth interface of the website. If the initiative, however, becomes successful, I wonder how it could impact future tech within the same category.
