This hotel is on the campus at the venue place. A block of rooms has been arranged for POSMOL participants.
Types of rooms:
- Traditional Queen (two queen beds). Rate: $169 per night
- Traditional King (one king bed). Rate: $169 per night

Important: Participants will need to make their own Hotel reservations prior to 4:00 PM (EST) on July 5th, 2023. Reservations may be made by calling the Hotel Reservations Department at 800-280-7256 or by clicking the link: online reservation. Participants should identify themselves as members of the POSMOL event. Rates cannot be changed for any guests who fail to identify their affiliation with the event at the time the reservation is made. After July 5th, 2023, available rooms not reserved will be released for general sale. Reservations made after this date will only be accepted on a room and rate availability basis. Please note, that any guest room booked through online booking sites, such as Expedia, will not be considered a part of the room block.
This hotel is located at the edge of the campus about 20 min walking distance across the campus to the conference venue. A block of rooms has been arranged for POSMOL participants.

- King Standard. Rate: $104 per night on August 3, $114 per night on August 4 & 5
- Double Standard. Rate: $109 per night on on August 3, $119 per night on August 4 & 5
(Nightly rate is exclusive of 7% Indiana State Tax and 8% St. Joseph County Occupancy Tax)

Important: Cutoff Date Reservations by participants must be received on or before the cutoff date, which is July 15th, 2023. At the cutoff date, the Hotel will review the reservation pickup for the event, release the unreserved rooms for general sale and determine whether it can accept reservations based on hotel availability at the group rate after this date.
Reservation Method Reservations to this group block shall be made by the individual guest. Reservations can be made by calling the hotel at (574) 277-6500 and referencing the group name (POSMOL Conference 2023) or online at www.ivycourt.com and using the group code (POS8323).
General Travel Information
- South Bend International Airport is about 15 minutes by car from the Notre Dame campus (flights should be booked to South Bend, Indiana — airport code SBN). Various transportation methods are available (e.g., taxi, rental car, limo).
- Visitors also can fly into Chicago and then drive or take a bus to Notre Dame. The University is about two hours by car from Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport and about 90 minutes from Midway International Airport.
- The South Shore Line trains run directly from the Chicago Loop (downtown Chicago at the corner of Michigan and Randolph) to South Bend International Airport (about a three-hour trip).
- Transpo offers local bus service in and around the city of South Bend.
- The South Bend Mishawaka Convention and Visitors Bureau site provides comprehensive information on hotels, restaurants, area attractions and events, and specific hotel and motel information.
