Human Blimp Interaction

We investigated the interaction between a human and a miniature autonomous blimp through pointing motion, and for the first time, constructed a dynamical model describing human behavior in interaction with a flying robot through pointing motion. By constructing the dynamical model, we were able to identify human hidden intention from interaction data.

Mobile Robot Swarm

We are developing a shared experimental infrastructure for our designed two-wheel mobile robots  (BabyBots) and TurtleBot 4 robots to support future multi-robot research in the lab. The system provides a common spatial reference for robots, sensors, cameras, and human interfaces, making it easier to move from individual prototypes to coordinated physical experiments. Our goal is to turn this setup into a reusable foundation for studying multi-robot coordination, human-robot interaction, perception, and mixed-reality interfaces, while lowering the effort needed to build and repeat real-world experiments.
