This workshop will help you know what you can do to facilitate the right climate and draw in others who are not inclined to collaborate. Develop listening skills and avoid fatal mistakes that shut down effective communication. Learn “bridge-building” techniques and techniques for helping everyone on the team feel involved and valued in the collaboration process. Understand how to create buy-in in a one-one or team environment and how to set timelines and milestones for keeping collaborative projects on track.
