“Performance Review Round Table for Supervisors” will be held on March 11th from 9-10:00 a.m. in Grace Hall Lower Level. This session will be a panel-style format featuring managers from a variety of departments as well as an HR Consultant. They will be providing tips for writing, delivering, and managing reactions that are inevitable parts of the performance review process.
Following that is a 10-11:30 a.m. session called “Developmental Dialogues” designed to help supervisors/managers discuss career objectives and plan appropriate development activities with their staff.
On March 25th, HR will be conducting a workshop on tips and ideas for writing effective performance reviews.
