Some users are experiencing problems when trying to get reports from a link to execute in Business Objects. If you experience this problem, the solution is to clear the cache in Chrome. To do this, follow these steps:

Click the 3 dots at the top right of Chrome, go to More Tools, and select Clear Browsing Data.

Click the advanced tab at the top of the window that opens

From the Time Range drop-down menu, choose All time.

Select the following:

Browsing history
-
Cookies and other site and plug-in data
-
Cached images and files
-
Site Data
-
Hosted App Data
-
-
Click Clear data.
-
Exit/quit all browser windows and reopen the browser.
