I am broadly interested in understanding the evolution of social behavior, with particular focus on the disease-related costs of sociality. Specifically, for my Ph.D. thesis, I am examining patterns of parasite transmission within socially structured baboon groups and determining to what extent social relationships affect an individualʼs risk of infection.
