  1. Honestly, I would not have been surprised to learn that Blackberry filed for bankruptcy. However, it seems as if it were still actively in business.
    After reading the Blackberry case, I was surprised to find this article:
    https://www.bloomberglaw.com/exp/eyJpZCI6IjAwMDAwMTYyNTNhMWRmZGJhOWVhNWZhZmJkYzAwMDAyIiwiY3R4dCI6IkJCTkEiLCJ1dWlkIjoiZ2d1Q2w5djh2QkhwSmJQQVN0NHZnUT09Y1VvOEJJNTVJemgwQmFzYnF0ajArUT09IiwidGltZSI6IjE1MjE4NDQzODcxODkiLCJzaWciOiJXVmp2emY5b3IvM21UbmN5KytUQ1c1RzYzMkk9IiwidiI6IjEifQ==?emc=bnaptd:2&service_acronym=PTD
    It discusses (for once) a patent case won by Blackberry. I was also wondering whether the argument of the court that “the inventive concept must be found in the patent claims themselves, not just in other parts of the patent, such as the specification” might have consequences on other patent disputes.
