The Business Analysis Community of Practice (CoP) at the University of Notre Dame aims to bring together campus members to share knowledge, best practices, and innovative solutions for performing business analysis. This CoP will foster collaboration and continuous improvement to gain consistency and strength in our business analysis processes and enrich our knowledge by sharing information and experiences.
Objectives:
- Knowledge Sharing and Collaboration: Facilitate the exchange of information and experiences related to business analysis among members.
- Best Practices: Identify, document, and disseminate best practices and tools for business analysis activities.
- Innovation: Encourage innovation in the use of business analysis to enhance awareness and effectiveness.
- Professional Development: Provide opportunities for professional growth and development through training, workshops, and other learning activities
The Business Analysis Community of Practice is open to anyone across the University of Notre Dame campus who performs business analysis activities (e.g., defines system requirements or process improvements) or is interested in learning about the discipline.
