Our conference is intended as a forum where students can join in discussion with those who share their personal passion or academic interest in peacebuilding, social justice, and conflict transformation. Interested students from any college or university are invited to attend, regardless of whether they are presenting.

Thanks to the sponsorship of the Kroc Institute, there is no registration fee to attend and participate. However, advance registration is required. We provide meals from Friday dinner through Saturday lunch, along with refreshments between sessions and a packet of conference materials.

Transportation and lodging are the responsibility of each attendee, and we encourage students to explore the funding options available at their own institutions to help with these remaining costs. For information about visiting the University of Notre Dame campus and the City of South Bend, please see our hotel and travel pages.

The registration form for general attendees opens in early February and closes one week prior to the conference. Students whose presentation proposals were accepted receive an invitation email with a link to a separate presenter registration form. Organizations and groups interested in exhibiting at the conference should contact us directly to request an exhibitor registration form.
