Our conference is intended as a forum where students can join in discussion with those who share their personal passion or academic interest in peacebuilding, social justice, and conflict transformation. Interested students from any college or university around the world are invited to attend, regardless of whether or not they are presenting.

Thanks to the sponsorship of the Kroc Institute, there is no registration fee to attend and participate. However, we ask that all participants register in advance, particularly those who wish to join in the conference dinner or lunch. A light breakfast on Saturday and refreshments between session are also included.

Transportation and lodging are the responsibility of each attendee, and we encourage students to explore the funding options available at their own institutions to help with any remaining costs. For information about visiting the University of Notre Dame and the surrounding City of South Bend, please see our hotel and travel pages.

General registration typically opens in mid-February and closes one week prior to the conference. Students whose proposals were accepted receive an invitation email with more specific registration information. Organizations and groups that are interested in exhibiting at the conference should contact us directly to access exhibitor registration.
