Irish Dancesport Gala 2019

The Notre Dame and Saint Mary’s Ballroom Club invites you to attend the Irish Dancesport Gala. The Welcome Dance and the competition will be held at Century Center on April 6. We hope that you will be able to join us. More information will be out shortly. Please keep updated on our Facebook event or website.

ND DAY!!!

Hi Everyone,  
 
It is almost Notre Dame Day!  If you love dancing and having fun, please consider helping us out :)!!!

We would love donations so that we can continue offering lessons in three different ballroom styles, attend collegiate competitions around the Midwest, perform at various Notre Dame shows, and host our own annual competition!
 
We will be preforming for ND Day tomorrow at 7:28 AM, and a video will be posted later!

Irish Dancesport Gala

Hello everyone,

The ND/SMC Ballroom Club invites your team to the 2018 Irish Dancesport Gala. It will take place on Saturday, April 7th, 2018 at South Dining Hall on the Notre Dame Campus.
Early registration is now open on O2CM and will remain open through March 31st. After this date, please email ballroom@nd.edu for registration. After registration please check the entry list to ensure you are registered for everything you want to dance in.
The cost of early registration is $45 for college affiliated dancers, $55 for non-affiliated dancers, and free for those dancing open. You may pay through ND Student Shop or in person.
If you need housing, please email ballroom@nd.edu with the subject “Crash Space Request” with the number of spots for each gender needed. Email soon as housing spots are first come, first serve.

PUMPKIN PARTY

PUMPKIN PARTY; Need I say more?

This Thursday, October 26th, from 7-9PM, we will be hosting our annual pumpkin party in the PE TV lounge.

We’ll have a photo booth, pizza, movie watch, and of course pumpkin decorating. All are welcome- just bring yourself and some spooky Halloween spirit!

Welcome back everyone!! We’re happy to announce that we’re starting lessons again this week! Here is the current schedule and some housekeeping.

American Lesson: Wednesday 8:30-10:00 PM ROLF’S AR1 with Kathy Nate
Social Lesson: *SUBJECT TO CHANGE* Monday: 8:30-9:15 PM ROLF’S AR1 Wednesday: 8:00-8:45 PM ROLF’S AR1 with Barb Coon

Concession Stand

Hello Dancers,

Welcome back to another semester at Notre Dame. With it comes football season and our biggest fundraising event– the concession stand!

Our concession stand is on September 9th, the Georgia game. Please sign up for a shift here.

Of course there are perks for those who sign up!  You will…

  • get a $5 discount off of semester dues!
  • be added to a raffle for a $25 Five Guys gift card.

Welcome to the new website!

Hi everyone!

Due to a change in the site hosting system at Notre Dame, the ND/SMC Ballroom Club will be moving our website here. It’s still a work in progress but we’re working on it and will update it with current information as we get it. If you have any questions or would like to point out mistakes, feel free to email us at ballroom@nd.edu.
