Exams: There will be 3 midterm exams and a final exam. Exams may be made up only with an official University excuse. Conflicts with other exams must be resolved well in advance of the exam date. Please check your exam schedules and contact your dean’s office as soon as you become aware of any such conflict. Calculators will not be allowed on exams.

Midterm 1: Tuesday, September 24, 8:00 AM – 9:15 AM, 110 Mendoza College of Business

Midterm 2: Thursday, October 31, 8:00 AM – 9:15 AM, 101 DeBartolo Hall

Midterm 3: Tuesday, November 19, 8:00 AM – 9:15 AM, 101 DeBartolo Hall

Final Exam: Thursday, December 19, 1:45 PM – 3:45 PM

Midterm 1 Review:

The exam will cover sections 1.1-1.5, 1.7-1.9, 2.1-2.3, 2.8, 2.9 of Lay et al..

Midterm 2 Review:

The exam will cover sections 3.1-3.3, 4.1-4.7 and 5.1-5.5,  of Lay et al.. A practice exam is here, here, here, here

There will be a review session in DBRT 101 from 7pm to 9pm on ,  on Wednesday, Oct 30, with Prof Mapes and Kyle Gannon.

Midterm 3 Review:

The exam will cover sections 6.1-6.5 of Lay et al. and sections 1.1-1.3 and 2.1-2.4 of Boyce and DiPrima. A practice exam is here, here, here.

There will be a review session in DBRT 101  from 7pm to 9pm on Nov 18 with Prof. Shah and Yichao Li.

The final will cover all the material except Boyce and DiPrima 3.7-3.8. No review for the Final Exam (they are not allowed during the reading and exam days)

The final exam will consist of 25 multiple choice questions covering material from the whole course, that is including both Linear Algebra and Differential Equations. No calculators are allowed.
