Here we have collected resources to assist laboratories in data sharing & deposition efforts. Resources here include data dictionaries & reporting frameworks, data repositories, and databases.

- Primarily a data reporting structure & metadata dictionary for Canadian wastewater surveillance data
- Provides a fillable Excel template
US CDC National Wastewater Surveillance System
- Includes guidance on data collection, reporting, and analytics
- Data are managed in the DCIPHER platform, available only to US public health officials
