Alisha from Mendoza shared her country’s staple food, Jhol Momo. In “Nepal, a country between India and China, our food resembles a mix of both cultures with a distinct taste of Nepali spices. Jhol Momo is stuffed minced meat wrapped in a dough wrapper. Similar to dumplings and gyoza, but the taste is completely different. It is the best food for winter as it is drowned in tasty tomato soup!” Check out her recipe here!
