Note: Barefoot in the Park opened on Broadway October 23, 1963, just a month before the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. This is the departmental premiere of Barefoot in the Park at Notre Dame, but Mark Pilkinton directed the play in 1976 for Theatre AUM at Auburn University at Montgomery (Alabama), in which sophomore Bruce Auerbach played Victor Velasco.
