Casa Milà, Barcelona, Spain

Casa Milà is a building with an unconventional architectural style designed by architect Antoni Gaudí i Cornet. The uniqueness of the design of this private residence caused controversy because of its undulating stone facade and its twisting wrought iron balconies that were designed by Josep Maria Jujol. Today it has been declared World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
